The product is fantastic & so is customer service
The product is fantastic. I ran into a small issue which i was able to rectify myself. I worked with "Anna" from customer service and they dispatched a new filter right away. The customer service & turnaround time was fantastic! The only downside i feel is there should be in person troubleshooting available. They deal with email correspondence and thats not ideal for troubleshooting. Otherwise its a great product and Anna was fantastic!
