It was great… at first
It was a great program until they simply failed to pay one of my creditors. I had paid what they requested to settle my final account and forgotten about it. Well I was cleaning up bank accounts today and PayPal wouldn’t let me remove one which was quite odd. I went through to find out that they never settled my final account they never paid them. I contacted support and not only did they keep telling me it takes up to 90 days to settle (I paid them in February it’s July). But at the end of the call they had the audacity to send me a message saying if I pay $100 a month it can expedite my accounts. They were supposed to be expedited and paid off by now and my credit is even more ruined than it needs to be. I’m so angry right now because they’d been holding over $800 from me and not using it to pay my creditor for a debt they had already settled. I don’t even know what to say or do at this point because I requested a timeline as this is way past and they wouldn’t even give me any form of time frame for all I know they may take forever. I will never use this company again and I will tell my friends family and everyone I know the same.
