Successful trade-in
The trade-in was very easy and pleasant. Initial instruction was simple to follow. There was updated communication throughout the process. The packaging was very simple! I opted to have a protected parcel arrive then ship my well packaged laptop. All you have to do is follow the provided instructions then go drop it off. An overall great experience!
