Calisthenics plans are solid
Started the bodyweight program last month. It's tough but the progressions make sense. Lost about 4 pounds and made real progress. Support team also helped me quickly when I had a glitch.

The site was easy to use, and I had no problems finding what I wanted. It was delivered on time and had good choices. The card could be less costly though. Wonderful Service!!!
