My experience with NewDay USA has been fantastic. I felt I was working WITH Alex, who handled my loan instead of sitting back and expecting everything to be done FOR me. I wanted this to happen and Alex was always one step ahead of me in preparing documentation and asking the right questions. I was glad it all proceeded quickly with no surprises. It was a good experience. At the very end some documents needed minor adjustments and Phillip and especially Sarah were awesome in working with me to get it all done even though my laptop crashed forcing me to photograph documents and text them in. All this in the evening at the end of their work day. Very impressive!
