Despite a short delay on the outward journey the overall experience was good
This was the first time I had used My Transfers to take us from Palma Airport to Puerto Pollensa. Overall the experience was good although the driver on the outward journey was not waiting for us when we came out of the baggage hall. I had to ring the emergency number and the driver arrived 10 minutes later. He did apologise but we expected him to be there as arranged. Other than that he was pleasant and courteous. In contrast the driver on the return journey was on time and dropped us off close to the Jet2 check in desks. Despite the short delay starting the outward journey we would plan to use My Transfers again. David Guthrie
