Ongoing HVAC Repair Issue – Multiple Service Calls Without Resolution
We have called for HVAC service five times, and our AC is still not fixed. Each time, we spent a long time waiting for a technician to arrive. To make matters worse, every technician had a different diagnosis. The first technician told us that a circuit board needed to be replaced but left for vacation before ordering the part. The second technician said it was a drainage issue and fixed it, but the repair lasted only about two hours before the problem returned. We have now had five service visits without a resolution. The lack of communication, inconsistent diagnoses, and repeated delays have been extremely frustrating. We expected timely and competent service, especially after so many visits. We hope the company will take responsibility for resolving the issue promptly and improve the quality and consistency of its customer service.
