Terrible
Terrible! They have me out $2000 dollars after the rental! We rented an RV from them, and the owner asked us OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM (Which is supposed to have the owner kicked off) for parts and money. After buying this guy parts, and providing receipts to outdoorsey, they charged us ANOTHER $1500. Also, the insurance claim was made 1 week after the RV was returned. The owner clearly broke it themselves! The website has no provisions for deleting credit card info, reporting owners or cancelling your account. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
