Rip off!! No Repsonse!!
I purchased two dresses from Fashion Nova totaling $90. The sizes were not correct. I sent them back the day after they were delivered to me. It's been 11 days and there has been no refund given. There isn't a "human" to speak too. They show nothing being received but I have the proof of delivery with the signature. They pretend to have a help section but it literally just runs you in circles. I have purchased items thru them before and have had minor issues, but I am beyond frustrated about this and will mozt likely NEVER order with them again. The fact that you can't even just email someone to get an intera tion is gross.
