Used to be an advocate of steel series but now quality and customer service has gone down the pan. Headset microphone continues to be the worst on the market. Hedset requires the dongle be re plugged in multiple times just to get it to connect. Well documented problems that goes on unaddressed. Allways find it amusing when the companys responds on trust pilot as if they actually do anything to ammend the problems. Avoid
