Poor Quality Control
I purchased multiple pieces from Rove Concepts, including a Kaye sofa, an Asher dresser, and two Asher nightstands. The Kaye sofa has been great, which is why I continued purchasing from the company. The dresser arrived with minor scratches, but nothing significant enough to warrant a replacement. Unfortunately, my experience with the nightstands was very different. One nightstand arrived damaged, and both replacement units that followed also arrived with visible scratches and cosmetic defects. The final replacement was supposedly inspected before shipment, making the continued quality issues even more disappointing. Over the course of this process, I had to coordinate three separate deliveries, take time away from work, and rely on family members to receive shipments. Despite all of this, I never received the undamaged nightstand I originally paid for. What was most frustrating was the resolution process. After three failed attempts, I requested a full refund for the damaged nightstand. Instead, I was initially offered only a partial refund or store credit and had to push for a more reasonable outcome before eventually receiving a 50% refund. Even then, I was left with a scratched nightstand that does not match the quality or condition that was advertised. I appreciate that customer service remained responsive throughout the process, but the repeated quality control issues and difficulty reaching a fair resolution left me disappointed. While I like the design of Rove's furniture, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from them again.
