Unfortunately, there were significant concerns around job security and management practices. My employment was terminated without any prior notice or formal notice period, which made the transition quite difficult. The layoff also occurred abruptly in the middle of the month without communication. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of technical understanding at the product management level, which can affect overall execution and alignment. I hope the company improves its transparency, leadership structure, and employee support going forward.
