Although I didn’t get by order through no fault but my own as the item sold out after an exchange. My girl Chantel gave excellent customer service. She responded to my message right away. She was so friendly. She issued my refund right away and offered me a discount coupon on my next purchase because I missed a really great sale. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. Really appreciate her!
