If I could do a negative number I would. The issue is with my hvac system and you sent Someone that knows nothing about hvac. Said our freon was low but had no freon to fill it. He had none of the tools needed and had to borrow my husband's tools. Very upset, aggravated, frustrated doesn't even cover it!!
