Have ordered from Hospitalgiftshop.com more than once. Their website makes it easy and their customer service makes it better! Great at communicating (via text which is awesome) and they wait to deliver flowers until patients are out of the ICU or in a space where flowers can be received. Since we live out of state, this is a great way for a personalized touch to send support from afar.
