I’m really disappointed
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Giftly. Someone sent me a gift card because I needed help right away, but I found out it can take 1–2 days to receive it. When someone sends a gift card, especially to help in an urgent situation, you expect it to be available much sooner. The delay defeats the purpose of sending a e gift card as immediate help. I think Giftly should make the delivery time much clearer before someone purchases a gift or find a way to offer instant delivery. It’s frustrating to be left waiting when you were counting on those funds.
