Disappointed
Customer service was friendly, professional and prompt but were unable to resolve my issue in time. Ordered clip ins for a client, received wrong color. New clip ins were sent, but were the same exact color as the previous and also wrong. There wasn’t enough time to do another order before her special event. Disappointed.
