Pleasant Customer Care My order was delayed and I ceased receiving updates / it seemed to be lost in transit, Customer Care refunded me as they could see the same issue. When I wrote back to them to let them know my original order eventually arrived sometime later - they said I could keep it free of charge. Thanks!
