I didn’t receive the phone. Your website won’t allow me to login and check the status, and I’ve tried on multiple devices. I sent an email to get help and you haven’t responded. My next step is to alert the credit card company that you fraudulently accepted money. I need to hear from you asap. Update: I submitted the refund form and did not receive any confirmation response. I then called gazelle multiple times and was disconnected every time. At this point, Gazelle does not even deserve 1 star. Why should I have to fill out a form at all? You can look at the tracking and see the package never arrived here. So, why do I need to send anything in and not immediately be issued a refund?
