Stunning chairs, customer service needs an upgrade
I am super happy with the chairs as they are beautiful and appear to be well-made. We had one and That came damaged and I had to go through customer service for this which has not been very convenient whatsoever. It was a two week process that involved escalation to management and it could’ve been handled much better and more efficiently. They did the right thing in the end, I unfortunately just wasted a bunch of time. To deal with less than seamless/stellar customer service when you are paying a membership fee is unacceptable. They said they will reimburse the fee on their part, but I do hope they improve that in the future.
