Horrible Company That will Blame you if Their Website Messes Up
Completely anwful and inhumane to the highest degree. I ordered in December and noticed it had the wrong address as soon as I was done so went to change it immediately, within 5 minutes, and the button wouldn’t work and no one would get back to me. It was shipped by the time someone got back to me and they wouldn’t change the address even though it wasn’t delivered and then blamed me for their site malfunctioning. I then spent 6 months going back and forth with what I assume is a computer trying to force me to pay for the shipping of a product I had already paid for. Then they just ghosted me entirely until I redid my claim and it was finally sent in June. Awful company, shoddy website, non human customer service. The project was for my grandfather who passed to give to his widow. I was already filled with grief and to have to relive it over and over, month after month what was supposed to be a beautiful gift just turned into a nightmare. Don't do business with them if you care about the program or ever make fixable mistakes. If I could give negative stars I would.
