subscriber for a couple of years…
Been a subscriber for a couple of years now as a treat for my partner and daughter, decided to cancel as moneys now tight and trying to cut back, to be told I’m locked into a 12 month subscription, despite signing up on a monthly basis. How is this right? I’m now aware of there procedure with cancellation but to be told I’ve got to carry on paying til my last box in October kinda sucks.. Boxes have always been great and much enjoyed by my family, can’t knock that side of the business… But the cancellation terms… I don’t believe are that great. Wasn’t even aware it auto renewed. I would like to add, I’ve since received an email saying they’re going to force through a cancellation and I should here within 24/48 hours.. which I’m happy to see.. 🤞🏻 Again, the boxes, products have been great and the family have enjoyed them, so if this cancellation problems resolved the happy days ⭐️
