AVOID

Avoid giving this company your money. If zero stars was an option that’s what I would give them. Their customer service is barely existent and when you do get to converse with one of them, they are unhelpful and have a terrible attitude. They give inconsistent and incorrect information and they make it almost impossible to cancel a subscription.

AVOID! Not worth the money at all hard to cancel.

As a makeup beginner, I bought a £75 upfront Glossybox subscription hoping for a makeup-heavy experience like IPSY. Instead, the boxes were tiny, felt incredibly bland, and focused heavily on skincare. I ended up giving most items to my mother, as only a sunscreen and a sleeping blindfold were actually worth it. While the speedy delivery and monthly product explanation videos were helpful, the boxes were mostly filled with useless coupons and an unwanted audiobook subscription perk.When I tried to unsubscribe, quick-responding customer service forced me to finish my pre-paid months. Later, my July box never arrived, and getting a refund took a long time. I had to persuade the team multiple times to finally cancel my subscription. After researching online, I realized this company has a shady reputation, with many users struggling to cancel. It seems most positive reviews come from people gifted with free products or codes.The boxes lacked newer brands, and I constantly had to repeat what I wanted in the monthly feedback surveys. The only real bonus was earning LookFantastic points by surveying items—even the missing ones—which got me some freebies. Ultimately, this was a terrible first experience with a beauty box, and I will never trust this brand with my money again.

I subscribed to a 3 month subscription

I subscribed to a 3 month subscription. I’ve now received another box and been informed that they placed me on a rolling subscription. I’ve emailed them to cancel and they have made it really difficult for me to cancel this. I am actually shocked that companies get away with this behaviour and will be researching further to see what I can do about it as it’s not right or fair! Greedy devious tactics

Don't Waste Your Money, Time Or Sanity.

Everything this company could do wrong, they did. Secret subscriptions, failure to send out promotional orders, then when you try to cancel which they say you can at any time if you contact customer service, they say 'you can't because youve subscribed to 12 months' when you havent at all. Customer service is an absolute joke, never get the same person so you have to constantly go over everything & everyone gives you a different answer. Really gutted because I've only heard good things about this company. Must've just all been paid influencers & not real consumers.
