For the most part the experience was first class. A couple of constructive observations however: The ship knew nothing about the pickup you suggested below. They had us put it out with the other luggage the morning of our disembarkation. Please bring your luggage to Guest Services the night prior to disembarkation. Your luggage will be collected directly from the ship. After disembarking the ship and collecting our luggage the Luggage Forward bag was there with everyone else's luggage. There was no one there from the ship or customs that knew what to do with it, even though it had your special shipping label attached. After hunting for an agent we finally found someone in Customs that knew how it was supposed to be handled.
