Recognize employees for great service
I am writing this review to highly commend Amanda and Kelley at the San Bernardino Transit Center. Their customer service performance is an absolute 10 out of 10. They provided excellent, advanced criteria of service that went well above and beyond my expectations.Both Amanda and Kelley are clearly over-experienced and overqualified for their current roles. Their exceptional professionalism and dedication to helping customers are rare assets. If TruConnect leadership is reading this, I strongly urge you to promote Amanda and Kelley to a higher position and increase their pay rate to match the superior quality of work they deliver. They are incredible representatives for your company!
