If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would. I was transferred to them by legal zoom re my LLC - the sales rep at 800 accountant tried to scare me in to paying over 2500.00 saying that I owed for back taxes and advised a dissolution of my LLC he then sent me a link to pay. All this time he NEVER looked up my LLC or had any proof that I owed there was no agreement sent stating what service he was providing nothing showing I owed anything to the state. I expressed to the salesman Chris that this was all very confusing to me as I didn’t think I had finished setting up this business. I expressed concern over the accuracy of the information and he was adamant it was accurate. I shared with Chris that I hadn’t slept as my mother just had a massive stroke that left her incapable of caring for herself and asked him to please not take advantage of the situation I was in that I had just used any money I had to pay off my mothers credit card debt and what do you think he did …made sure to tell me the cost would go up every month so I should get it done asap. I called around and spoke to another rep there who said there was never any lookup done on my account and that they just had my contact information and no information regarding my LLC.
