Ordered 2 identical area rugs
Ordered 2 identical area rugs, only 1 has shipped and the other one is on back order. Issue is we purchased for consistent decorating and we have to pay extra to ship out of the country with minimums for freight forwarders and warehouse expenses with the shipper. We would have selected an alternative option if known on front end.
