the technician was here maybe 30min…
We waited all day for a technician to get here with an 8am-12pm window that was delayed every 2 hours until he finally showed up at 5pm the technician was here maybe 30min replaced the belt and left i got on the mower and the belt broke again i called sears back and I got an AI person to tell me there was no available technicians to schedule another appointment tell me what I should do? or better yet what would you do? i spent $240 and the problem is still there
