Stay far away from this company. Their entire business model seems to depend on customers forgetting to cancel before the yearly auto-renewal hits. They debited $261 from my account. I reached out immediately — the same day — explained I wasn’t using the service anymore, and asked for a refund. Their answer: they don’t do refunds. No exceptions, no goodwill, nothing. A company that actually believes in its product doesn’t need to trap customers with auto-renewals and a no-refund policy. If they had a service worth paying for, people would renew by choice. Instead, they’re banking on you forgetting. That’s not a business — that’s a trap.
