Two months in, a premium upcharge for "White Glove," and a pile of parts where our bed should be.
We placed our order over two months ago. Our bedroom set was finally delivered two weeks ago — and it has sat in a pile of disassembled parts on our bedroom floor ever since, making the room completely unusable. This is not an exaggeration. We paid a substantial additional premium for Rove Concepts' "White Glove" delivery and installation service — not an insignificant cost on top of an already expensive purchase. In practice, the installers arrived and asked us to provide gloves and carry their toolbox. Beyond the absurdity of that, the delivery included incorrect or missing components, making proper assembly impossible regardless. The bed has not been installed. Not even close. We have now spoken with over four different representatives at Rove Concepts. Not one has produced a resolution. We have photos, records of every interaction, and two weeks of a bedroom we cannot use. Despite repeated attempts to escalate this matter, we have been passed from representative to representative with no meaningful action taken and no accountability from the company. Every interaction has led nowhere. We formally demanded one of the following within one week: full removal and replacement with correct components and professional installation, or a complete refund — along with a full refund of the White Glove fee regardless of outcome, because what was delivered bore no resemblance to the service advertised by any definition of the phrase. That deadline has come and gone. We are still waiting. No resolution has been offered, no timeline has been committed to, and no one at Rove Concepts has taken ownership of this situation. We remain completely in limbo, with a bedroom we still cannot use and a company that appears unwilling or unable to make this right.
