The ease of reaching a human being was unbelievably easy! The communication was clear and concise. There were no exorbitant wait times or hold times. The agent was kind, upbeat, personable and knowledgeable! What more could you ask for! My order request was recapped and further assistance offered. Keep up the great work, smile, and appreciate every day even the challenging ones!
