⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Help During a Real Family Crisis We faced a true emergency — our elderly parent, along with young kids and an infant, needed immediate travel to the US after our original Air India flight was cancelled, with the family already at the airport. Raju Sunkara took full ownership of coordinating with Air India on our cancellation and refund — following up persistently, keeping us informed at every step, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks while we were juggling an already stressful situation. His diligence and clear communication took a huge weight off us during a genuinely tense moment. Rithik also helped find a workable alternative on Qatar Airways and got the tickets finalized despite the time pressure. With so many booking options out there, genuine support in a real emergency is what keeps a customer coming back — that's exactly why we chose IndianEagle over booking directly. Thank you, Raju Sunkara and Rithik — you're both real assets to this company. Without hesitation, I'll return to IndianEagle for future travel, as long as this level of consistency and support continues. I'd genuinely encourage the company to recognize and reward folks like Raju and Rithik — retaining talent like this is what keeps customers coming back.
