This was a horrible experience from beginning to end. The wait to check was 30 minutes. Then, 2hours for a room. Still did not get the room we reserved(suite overlooking the golf course)!! Put us in a room with a Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall!!!! Maid staff couldn’t speak English when I needed more Kleenex for the room. Dirty dishes were left in the hallway all day and night. All of the hand sanitizer stations were empty!!! I have stayed here several times and it was always a fun stay!! Not sure who the manager is now but I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!
