Very bad service
I placed a repair order with them, paid my deductible and they charged me twice! When the technician showed up, he stated that the deductible never was paid and refused service! This is the SECOND time that this has happened in 2 months!!! I left them a bad rating after the first time and was called by a gentleman named Mark and was given an apology and was told that if I had anymore problems, give him a call. We'll, I tried to reach him this time to no avail!!
