Total Frustration
I am totally frustrated with the cordless wooden blinds. They are hardly used & will not retract so they are level. The issue is with 3 out of the 5. I sent photos of 2 & they said they needed to be restrung. The guy shows up & says he can’t restring them & they would need to be remade. While here I showed him the 3rd blind that was no longer level. He left put in order for 2, I told them there were 3. They apparently were not able to get in touch with him, but just got notice they are on back order & the 2 will be installed 9/4. No mention of the 3rd. I have 2 homes & have a significant investment in window treatments. I had the same experience in our FL home last spring, the restring, warranty expired, new shade, came ripped & that will supposedly be restated in October.
