Hockerty Customer Service
This review is about Hockerty customer service, which, frankly, is extraordinary. I recently ordered a customised shirt, based on my digital body profile. It arrived promptly. In regards to colour and fabric, they were perfect. And in every regard, it was the perfect size, except that the sleeves were a little too short. When I checked my digital body profile, it matched exactly. But I realised I had created my digital body profile for a suit I had ordered and not a shirt. I favour a shirt sleeve that peeks out below a suit jacket sleeve. I contacted Hockerty and asked them how I could best indicate this next time. Would it be best to send an email with some size variation requests? And their response? Let us make you a new shirt for free that is properly sized for you. The replacement shirt arrived within two weeks and it was a perfect fit. How’s that for exceptional customer service??? I’m now creating an additional digital body profile that I can use for shirts, which will clear up any confusion. Thank you, Hockerty!
