Dom at the Toronto store was absolutely incredible. He guided us through the available fabrics, offered helpful feedback about his & other customer experiences, & proposed pros/ cons to various choices. He then went on to provide options for purchasing online. Ensured that the order was put through smoothly. Was overall exceptionally helpful. We will shop again at Rove Concepts, especially at the Toronto store.
