professionalism and personality!
Marissa was beyond professional, patient, personable and patient: Four Ps. I was having hiccups with my computer which was so old it could be carbon dated. She saw us (my designer and I) through every step, making sure we were 100% satisfied with the purchase until the very end. I (we) can't recommend her highly enough. A gem.
