By far one of the worst banks I've dealt with when it comes to reliability. Transferring money from another financial institution fails far too often, making it frustrating to access your own funds. Customer service is equally disappointing, reaching a knowledgeable representative can be a challenge, and resolving issues often takes far longer than it should. I'd recommend choosing a bank with a larger branch network, more dependable customer service, and, most importantly, reliable access to your money when you need it. See their response. Now they want to help, because of a bad review. Can't make this up.
