Absolutely useless customer service
Absolutely useless customer service. Said they couldn’t take my payment in pounds sterling, goodness knows why! Had to do the transaction in dollars-I said I wasn’t happy as I knew I would be charged a Stirling transaction fee and was promised faithfully and assured that I wouldn’t have to pay any transaction charges for paying in dollars. After six hours on different days over 10 days they’ve told me that I’ve got to pay the transaction charges and get onto my bank - I have now given up!’ just not acceptable at all-don’t touch them with a barge pole. they are useless in my opinion.
