This representative was respectful, knowledgable and very well manner. We finally were able to successfully detemine why may bank refused to pay the check I cashed. You had made a mistake and issued it twice and I did not catch it. I was wrong cause I found where the bank had paid the check already. My error. For the life of me, I can't remember her name but she is from Tenn having move 15 years +- from upstate New York. I also thank you for not having a bunch of chat bots. Nothing like someone with 26 years experience to solve a problem. Thank you
