The product worked well
This is an update from an earlier post. The product worked well; my grandson and I finished it in two days. I'm not sure how it happened, but I needed two additional black pieces and had extra color pieces. I used the color pieces instead, and it looked great. The product cuts easily, but you may need to go over the cut several times. I did not look into whether they had half pieces to fill in certain areas, such as door entries. I had to cut a whole piece to make smaller pieces for the door areas. I felt it was a waste, but that's why you order extra tiles. All in all, it's a great product, easy to install once you get the center line correct. Now the bad part was the shipping, but that's not Greatmats' fault. A special thank you to Beth and Mandy, who keep they cool when I was upset with the shipping issue.
