Completely happy with the product and service I received from Greatmats. The Ground Protection mats are extremely durable!
nice
great customer service and product is ok
Carpet was beautiful
Carpet was beautiful, but dimensions varied from 18" X 18" by up to 1/2" on some cartons, and a roll of double backed carpet tape should be included with every order since the adhesive is non-existent on at least a third of the corners and edges of the tiles.

Purchased foam mats for our garage floor. The website was easy to navigate and informative with lots of helpful information & reviews. We called to place the order and the company representative was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The product was packaged well and arrived on schedule. The mats are excellent quality and transformed the space beautifully. They had zero smell and feel great underfoot in addition to being visually appealing. This product upgrades the look and feel of the space.

Nice quality
Nice quality. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately shipping costs are a bit high. Other than that a great product. Hopefully it holds up over time.
Amazing solution for basement
These plastic floor tiles were exactly what I was looking for with a basement that is not trustworthy to stay dry. The ease to install is a huge plus. I got the gray and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out. Four stars only because of the high cost in shipping however, with the weight of the product, I understand, but it’s not ideal.
Great product

Using this to cover an existing carpet in a room used for ceramics. Easy to cut the material to size and room configuration.
Delivery was fast and trouble free.
Good experience
Easy to work with, suggested a great mat, and did a nice job on timing the shipping for me. Thanks!
Dance subfloor kit
I got the dance subfloor with a vinyl overlay. Customer service was great, and delivery was speedy. The materials are good quality and easy to assemble. The dance floor is great. My only feedback is that the 2x2 foot foam panels are not a true 2x2 since you lose about an inch in length once you interlock them. Just know that if you want a floor that is 10 feet, you’ll need more than five 2x2 foot foam panels to accommodate the plastic spring floor tiles that go on top.

Great finished product!
The flooring arrived in a timely manner and installed easily. I spent a little more than I would have with other suppliers, but chose to do so due to great reviews. The delivery company did not call to tell us when they were coming. Fortunately, someone was home. I was delighted with the ease to cut the product to fit our space. The finished product looked fantastic. I could see variations in the amount of gray specs between tiles once laid. The interlocking seams were hardly visible, which is great. I wish Greatmats had a transition strip option. I had to purchase elseware.
