Outstanding Customer Service – Resolved My Issue in Less Than 24 Hours!
I have always used Zazzle for their high-quality products, but their customer support just made me a customer for life! My package arrived completely open and empty via USPS. I submitted my initial inquiry around 6:00 PM yesterday, received a prompt follow-up from Niomi in Customer Care at 6:20 AM the next morning asking for my order details, and by 11:20 AM, the entire issue was fully resolved. Not only is a replacement order already being processed, but Niomi also upgraded my shipping to expedited courier delivery at no extra cost so my invitations would still arrive on time. You rarely see this level of quick, helpful, and generous customer service nowadays. Huge thanks to Niomi and the Zazzle team!
