The worst ordering experience of my life
The order and check out experience was atrocious, with long buffering times and constant reloading. I was spontaneously logged out multiple times. My prescription was rejected twice for no reason, and it took my company reaching out to someone whom I cannot to get it approved. There was no issue with my prescription. My glasses took over 2 months to arrive. In this time, there was no communication. My company’s EHS manager reached out several times and was given multiple excuses as to why my order was delayed. The day I was told I would get a tracking number, he was told the third-party lab my order had been sent to was shut down and it would be at least another two weeks. That was almost a month ago. My lenses are not great quality and do not match the prescription I wear daily. I am appalled with the service my coworkers and I have received.
