I was trying to lose 10-15 lbs. this product is working great for me Hers put me on micro dose and the only side effect that I got was a little nauseous some mornings for an hour or so after I first got up My tip is if you wake up nausea and you skip the coffee when you get up it goes away quickly. I gave it four stars cause I’m only a month into it and your first lbs come off easier. Let’s see how this last 5 lbs comes off I will leave another review in a month
