Overall disappointment
I had high hopes for this program but alas, it's all about upsell. Constantly bombarded with emails and phone calls. Although exercise equipment is not needed, the exercises themselves are not for all fitness levels. Very disappointed ☹️. Uninstalled and unsubscribed.
