Unexpected Fees
When you pay $150+ for a room, you should not have to pay to park your vehicle as well. This was the first time we've ever been charged a parking fee when renting a room. What a scam! The "parking passes" were generic and didn't have any affiliation with Holiday Inn Express. Plus, the front desk person was less than professional. I find it hard to believe they require their staff to clean up and look respectable, instead of looking like a homeless panhandler. We would stay here when we visited family in Crystal River - never again.
