V Shred

DO NOT USE THEM!!

I initially signed up for a V Shred plan and got up sold to the VIP plan with a private coach and a meal plan included, etc. What attracted me to this was they asked me to fill out a questionnaire listing all my limitations or injury, history, etc., and promised to build the exercise exercise plan taking all of that into account. My history included L4, L5 fusion surgery and rotator cuff surgery. The exercise plan from the beginning did not take any of those into account and in fact afterwards, I was told some of the exercises I was given I should never be doing with my back history. I lasted about 12 days before my back was hurting so much. I could not continue. I was told to not do anything but walk by my doctor until I could get in to see him for further evaluation. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they told me well. It’s not really a subscription because I was in the VIP plan or something and so in order to cancel I had to talk to one of their representatives that handled that specifically. I was told since I did have a meeting with a customer success person, as well as an initial meeting with the coach, I was only eligible for a partial refund. This results in me paying over $900 for doing about 12 days of their plan and injuring my back again. Basically they told me that’s all they can do! I think it is very poor customer service to charge somebody for a plan that they were promised would take into account, their injury, history, and surgery history only to find out, they didn’t do any of that and their plan resulted directly in me re-injuring my back! And then they’re gonna charge me $900 for those 12 days and re-injuring my back! To me, this is absolutely horrible customer service and I recommend no one use this company!!! Adding to my review for additional clarification. I got a reply saying they were going to review my case further, but there is NO indication of when I will hear back from them - IF EVER!?! It comes across as you are trying to work with me, but are you really? Shouldn't I get some kind of timeline for a decision? Is there someone I can speak with about this who has the power to make a final decision? What does this mean: "We are escalating this for internal review and appreciate the time you took to provide us with feedback."? Is it only something to post to soften the review and appear to be working with me, or is it an actual review that will modify anything?
