Broken System and Broken Promises
Beware of ordering if you need to make any changes. Their website has no option to cancel an order, and their built-in "edit" feature is broken—it literally merged my incorrect address and correct address together. I proactively emailed customer service to give them the exact correct address. They emailed me back and explicitly promised they would update it to the correct one. Instead, they ignored the confirmation and shipped it to the wrong address anyway. Avoid this company; their support and website automation are completely unreliable.
